Raspberry Chia Jam (2 ingredients)
So easy to make with only two ingredients and, with less sugar and additives than your typical jam!
Ingredients:
6oz fresh raspberries
1 1/2 tablespoons chia seeds
Directions:
mash raspberries with a fork
add mashed raspberries to a small pot and bring to a boil over medium heat
boil for 2 minutes, stirring constantly
add chia seeds, stir until thoroughly mixed
set aside to cool
