High Protein Strawberry Cheesecake Smoothie
What could be better than a strawberry cheesecake that doesn't leave you feeling weighted down and sluggish?
Ingredients:
1 cup frozen strawberries
1/2 cup sliced frozen bananas
3/4 cup lowfat cottage cheese
1/2 scoop vanilla protein powder
1/4 cup almond milk (or preferred alternative)
Directions:
Combine all ingredients in a blender
process until smooth
optional: serve topped with fruit, granola, or chia seeds
