Healthy Breakfast Pizza
This pizza is so good and even better, its full of protein and fuel for your day!
Crust Ingredients:
1/2 cup plain greek yogurt
1 egg
1/2 cup corn meal
1/2 cup flour (I use a gluten free substitute)
Sauce Ingredients:
1/2 cup plain greek yogurt
2 tablespoons lowfat cream cheese
1/3 cup shredded cheese
1/4 cup nutritional yeast
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
Directions:
combine all dough ingredients in a large mixing bowl. Mix until a moldable dough forms. set aside
For the sauce: In a small saucepan, combine greek yogurt, cream cheese and shredded cheese.
place over medium heat and stir until the ingredients soften, melt, and evenly combine
add garlic powder, salt and nutritional yeast
roll dough into a large circle
spread cheese sauce over dough and spread to reach the edges
top with your favorite savory breakfast toppings
bake at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes or until the bottom of the crust is beginning to brown

turkey sausage
turkey bacon
