3 ingredient Artichoke Dip
Low calorie, high protein, and super simple to make
Ingredients:
1 16 oz container of lowfat cottage cheese
1 14oz can artichoke hearts
2 1/2 cups spinach
Seasonings:
2 teaspoons salt
1 tablespoon garlic powder
Directions:
place spinach into a pan or pot with a lid
add 1 tablespoon of water to pan and cover with a lid
place over medium heat until spinach is wilted
in a food processor, combine cottage cheese, artichokes and seasonings
process until smooth
add spinach and process a few seconds more (until spinach is as fine and incorporated as desired)
